Returns & Refunds

At Luxe Stationery, many of our products are personalised or made to order especially for you. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
As personalised and bespoke products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, cancellations and refunds are not normally available once the digital content has been supplied or accessed, where you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right. If you experience a problem with your digital purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue where applicable.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Non-Personalised Items
If an item is not personalised, bespoke or otherwise excluded from cancellation rights, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us before returning an item. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate your request. Once a personalised or made-to-order item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
