Overview
This website is operated by Luxe Stationery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luxe Stationery.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Personalisation
Many of our products are personalised or made to order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, wording, spellings and other personalisation details supplied are correct.

Please check your information carefully before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in information supplied by the customer.

Colours may vary slightly between what is displayed on your screen and the finished printed product due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials.

Product images may include props or accessories for styling purposes. Unless specifically stated in the product description, these are not included.

Orders & Payment
Full payment is required when placing an order. An order will not enter production until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Proofs & Design Approval
Where a digital proof is provided for approval, it is the customer's responsibility to check all wording, spelling, dates, layout and personalisation carefully.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible. Luxe Stationery cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in a proof approved by the customer.

Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods.

We will take reasonable care to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated timescales, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Personalised and bespoke products are made specifically for the customer and are generally not eligible for return or cancellation due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be sent unless specifically stated.

Where a digital product is supplied as an editable template, customers are responsible for editing, downloading and printing the template in accordance with the product description.

Digital products and templates purchased from Luxe Stationery are for the purchaser's permitted personal or business event use and must not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for resale or offered as templates or digital products to others.

Any cancellation rights applicable to digital content may be lost once supply or download begins where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged this.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, graphics, photographs, branding, written content and other original material displayed on this website remain the property of Luxe Stationery and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property rights.

Website Information
We aim to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information where necessary.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Stationery will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
