Add Custom Text ✨

Want to make their letter even more magical? Choose the Custom Text option and tell me up to 4 things you'd like Santa/Father Christmas to mention from the past year.

These could be achievements, milestones, starting school, learning a new skill, becoming a big brother or sister, being especially kind, a special memory or anything else you'd love them to hear.

I'll incorporate your details naturally into the letter to make their North Pole post feel that little bit more special.

Personalisation

Please provide the child's name(s) or family name you'd like the letter addressed to, along with the required details for your chosen option.

For Nice List Certificates, please provide one child's name per certificate.

You will also be able to choose whether you'd like your items to be from Santa Claus or Father Christmas.

Packaging 🎁

Your order will arrive unsealed, giving you the chance to check the letter, certificate and personalisation before giving it to your child.

Each envelope also comes with red & white baker’s twine, ready for you to wrap and tie around the envelope for that extra-special North Pole finishing touch.

Please note: We intentionally leave envelopes unsealed so you can check everything first – simply seal the envelope yourself when you're ready to deliver your North Pole post! 🎅✨

🎄 Perfect for December surprises, Christmas Eve boxes and creating a little extra Christmas magic.

Please double-check all names and personalisation carefully before ordering, as personalised items are made especially for you.
